By downloading, installing, or using the OrivexTerm application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

OrivexTerm is a mobile terminal client that enables you to connect to remote servers via the SSH (Secure Shell) protocol. The App:

• Allows you to establish SSH connections
• Provides terminal emulation
• Enables you to manage server profiles locally
• Securely stores your connection credentials on your device

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to the following:

• Authorized access: You will only connect to servers for which you have proper authorization.
• Legal use: You will use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Account security: You are responsible for the security of your SSH credentials and connection details.
• Prohibited activities: You will not use the App for unauthorized access, data breaches, or any illegal activities.

4. Disclaimer

OrivexTerm is an SSH client tool and accepts no liability for:

• Data, security vulnerabilities, or outages on the servers you connect to
• Results of commands executed during SSH sessions
• Data loss arising from your server configuration
• Availability or security of third-party servers
• Interruptions caused by network connectivity issues

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." No express or implied warranties are given.

5. Intellectual Property

• The OrivexTerm application and all its content (design, code, graphics, icons) are protected by copyright.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• The "OrivexTerm" name and logo are registered trademarks.

6. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or remove features of the App without prior notice
• Update these Terms of Service (changes will be published on this page)
• Partially or fully discontinue the App at any time

7. Termination

In the event of a violation of these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App at any time and without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrivexTerm and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
